Writer and museum specialist Sondra Simana, laureate of the 36th Ieva Simonaitytė Literary Award, presents her novel “Potvynis Bohemoje”, which tells the story of the first decade of independent Lithuania in Klaipėda (Memel’s Twin Peaks) — the artists’ milieu of that time, their dreams, moods, and the atmosphere of the city. The narrative is woven from memories, newspaper and book texts, photographic images, real events, and the author’s imagination.
