Rytis Zemkauskas

Writer, film promoter, TV writer and producer.

R. Zemkauskas is the creator and host of the TV programs “Pasivaikščiojimai”, “Alchemija”, and the “Snobo kinas” segment, as well as the author of the books “Pasivaikščiojimai”, “Bus geriau”, and “Tekstai keliaujantiems autobusais ir troleibusais”. He wrote the screenplay for the documentary “Pačios keisčiausios sąjungos istorija” and directed the documentary “Ieškoti Greimo”.

He is also an associate professor at the Department of Public Communication of Vytautas Magnus University. His research interests include journalism, interview practice and theory, narrative construction.
