Dr. Titas Krutulys

A historian and cultural researcher specialising in memory culture, the history of historiography, nineteenth- and early twentieth-century media, and nationalism. He defended his PhD at Vilnius University on historical narratives in Lithuanian periodicals from 1904 to 1944. His research examines how media and public narratives shape collective memory and national identity. From 2023 to 2025 he held a postdoctoral fellowship at Klaipėda University’s Institute of Baltic Region History and Archaeology.
